Minimum Education Requirement:

Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Minimum two (2) years previous experience in the ER required in order to be eligible for the 245K sign-on bonus. Minimum five (5) years previous experience in the ER required in order to be eligible for the 2410K sign-on bonus.

Minimum License/Certification Requirement:

Current nursing license in the state of Illinois required. Current BLS certification required. ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment and PALS certification required within 6 months of employment. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification must remain current throughout employment.CPI certification strongly preferred; CPI certification required and must remain current no later than 12/31/2019
