Join our team at Lutheran Hospital as an Environmental Services Tech II (EVS Tech II)! We are looking for those who are ambitious and adapt well to change, who demonstrate excellent customer service to join our 3 rd shift Environmental Services Tech (EVS Tech II) team!
Serving in this hospital setting, your role as Environmental Services Tech II (EVS Tech II) changes from day-to-day, and serves our patients by keeping their environment clean! In fact, our patient satisfaction is highly dependent on the wonderful service we provide during their stay.
Expectations to work as an Environmental Services Tech II (EVS Tech II):
Serve as First line of defense for infection control
Understand the high impact service plays on Patient Satisfaction
Rewarding, physically demanding, and requires agility
Ability to prioritize work according to directions and workload demands
Floor Care Experience:
Walk behind Scrubber/Buffer
Basic understanding of cleaning technical/mechanical tools
Prior floor care experience is a plus but not required

Minimum of six months to one year performing industrial and/or institutional cleaning services and a high school diploma*
*In lieu of a high school education, two years of housekeeping/cleaning experience which included one year in floor care will be considered.
