CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Security Engineer for its Franklin, TN, headquarters Information Security team.

POSITION SUMMARIES:

•Responsible for requirements gathering, designing, building/configuring, and implementing solutions to increase automation and gain process efficiencies.

•Troubleshoot and support enterprise-wide compliance applications to ensure accuracy and reliability for end users and audit partners.

•Design and implement new functionality in existing tools/applications based off of end user enhancement requests.

•Document project/application details and all aspects of implementation including data flow, logical, and physical diagrams as required.

•Contribute to discussions with various business partners to maintain, design, and recommend new solutions.

•Demonstrate strong communication skills and establish appropriate frequency of communication with team members, management, and security leadership.

•Establish a productive working relationship with project teams, project managers, and auditors.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

An undergraduate degree in business administration, business management, computer information systems or information security. In lieu of an undergraduate degree, 3-5 years of relevant IT or Information Security experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•Minimum 4 years of Python experience in a medium to large enterprise setting

•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with minimal professional and managerial supervision

•Hands on experience with development technologies such as Python 2.7/3.X, Javascript, HTML5 CSS3, and MSSQL

•Familiarity with Full-Stack Development and Agile/Scrum development methodologies

•The candidate must have ability and willingness to work in a team environment with preferred experience in a large company or government agency supporting multiple applications and systems

•Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to resolve issues from discovery to closure

•Experience using Microsoft Office and Visio to create documents, presentations, and detailed drawings

•Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills are required

Desired but not required:

•Familiarity with Git development technology

•Knowledge of ETL/Data Warehouse, DevOps, REST or SOAP APIs and AppSec Experience

•Familiar with HiTrust

•Experience in supporting Healthcare environment helpful
