Community Health Systems Chief Quality Officer (CQO) in JOHNSON, Arkansas

Key responsibilities for this position:

  • Oversees all aspects of the quality management function

  • Develops plans designed to improve the overall quality of the organization's facilities and patient care services.

  • Oversees the implementation of quality improvement, infection control, medical staff, risk management and patient safety efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with TJC, State Board of Health and other accreditation standards.

  • Responsible for planning and directing policies, programs, and initiatives related to quality, infection control, medical staff, risk management and patient safety. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • This position requires excellent relationship building and working with a wide variety of personality types.

  • Requires RN license, BS or BA, and 5 years of clinical quality experience, including experience leading at least one TJC accreditation cycle.
