Community Health Systems Nursing Supervisor ( Night Shift) in Mullins, South Carolina

Description

Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in resident care units. Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates resident necessity of care in and out of facility. Ensures residents' needs are met and evaluates unit nursing care and performance, collaborating with physicians. Relies experience and good nursing judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse (RN), at least 1 year of Long Term Care experience is preferred. Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures.
