Community Health Systems Patient Access Rep - NW Tucson Surgery Center - FT in Tucson, Arizona
Day Shift - NO nights, NO weekends, NO call. Work with a great team! Must be available to open early for patient registration in a busy patient-focused outpatient surgery center, this position will also handle some insurance verification.
Performs patient registration and office support duties of a complex nature.
Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Participates in the collection process of patient liability.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
High School diploma/GED preferred or equivalent years of experience required.
One (1) year of data entry and customer service relations required. One (1) year of registration experience in a hospital setting preferred.
