Community Health Systems Regional VP Physician Practices in Tucson, Arizona
Directs services for a large number of physician office sites located in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas, as well as Bullhead City, AZ. Responsible for overseeing operations of all practices and ensuring clinics operate according to established standards. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Bachelors in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration required; Master’s degree preferred
Five years experience in a senior level, strategic leadership role for a large physician practice or shows progressive growth in a large multi-specialty group.
Executive presence with ability to deliver written and verbal business information clearly, completely and accurately to hospital/corporate officers and physicians. Proven ability to deliver strategic and operational outcomes for a large physician practice organization. Strong business development skills in physician practice environment. Effective negotiation and influence skills for a variety of stakeholder conversations.
